New Balance is taking a textural approach for its latest 997 Sport model, releasing the design in 3 new colorways that are masked in fuzzy, CORDURA paneling along the sides. The trio of colorways offer both brilliant and neutral options, including a vibrant “Prism Purple” and more soft choices of “Stonewater” and “Steel.”
Each edition is built with a suede and nylon upper and the brand’s ENCAP technology at the midsole. The “Prism Purple” is the most glowing of the group and is coated in an abundant shade of purple from front to back, while hot pink pops of “Carnival” on the toe cap and collar use even more vibrancy. Meanwhile, “Stonewater” is included with tan detailing throughout while choose components in teal offer contrast. Rounding out the set is the “Steel” colorway, which gets coupled with tones of “Techtonic Blue” for a clean mix.
The 997 Sport is priced at $120 USD, and available to go shopping now at Brand-new Balance’s webstore
